Redemption Gear Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy applies to all gear purchased directly from Redemption Gear online within the United States. This policy outlines the conditions for returns and exchanges, including eligible items, time limits, and steps to initiate a return or exchange. Please note, this policy does not apply to Redemption Gear items purchased through other retailers.

Extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges

For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2024, our return and exchange period is extended from 60 to 90 days.

60-Day Returns & Exchanges

Start Your Return Online: Visit Order History under *My Account* or use the Return Label within 60 days of receiving your order.
Pack Your Items: Ensure your items are packed securely.
Drop Off Your Package: Use your nearest FedEx location for returns.
Receive Your Refund: Once received and reviewed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns Policy

All items must be returned within 60 days.
A valid proof of purchase is required.
Items must be unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
Only items purchased directly from Redemption Gear are eligible.
Returns are not accepted for personal reasons unrelated to product satisfaction.

Please Note: Items returned outside of our policy may be donated or discarded. Refunds are not granted for returns outside policy guidelines, and we reserve the right to decline returns in cases of suspected policy abuse.

Returns Process

Online Returns:
Visit Order History under *My Account* or RedemptionGear.com/returnlabel within 60 days of receiving your order.
Pack your items for return.
Drop off at a FedEx location.
Receive your refund once the items are processed.

Note: You can print a return label or use a QR code. Limited FedEx locations accept QR codes; check FedEx for availability.

In-Store Returns:
At this time, Redemption Gear does not offer in-store returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

Need a Different Size or Color?
We offer size/color exchanges online within 60 days of purchase.

Online Exchanges:
Visit RedemptionGear.com/returnlabel, enter your order number and email.
Select ‘Exchange Items’ and choose your preferred size or color.
Print your free return label and drop off at a FedEx location.
Once received, your new gear will be shipped.

Note: For orders placed with gift cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Klarna, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. If the item’s price has changed, contact Customer Service for assistance.
